Antonio Naranjo is a Canadian Screen Award winning Toronto-based composer, songwriter, and music producer. A Banff Centre for the Arts alumnus and former resident at the prestigious Slaight Family Music Lab at the CFC, Antonio has contributed music to a wide range of film, television and commercial productions. His credits include three seasons of the Canadian Screen Award winning show Detention Adventure (HBO Max, CBC), the horror feature The Camp Host (Tubi/Crave Original), the children’s series Mittens & Pants (CBC, Sky UK), animated series Kabu (Build-A-Bear Entertainment), Volcano (TIFF 2019), Just Short of Reality (A Stratford Theatre Production) as well as commercial music for Maybelline, Chevrolet, Samsung and Patron Tequila.
His most recent project is the fast-paced thriller feature Self Driver, set to premiere at Fantasia International Film Festival in 2024.
As a songwriter and musician, Antonio has recorded and toured internationally as a member of pop rock bands Boys Who Say No and Future Peers – sharing the stage with such artists as Born Ruffians, Mac DeMarco, Kevin Drew, PUP and The Flaming Lips.
